Anger is natural, however many people don't recognize anger because it may come out as hurt or fear. Anger is a powerful emotion. These are the ways to deal with those angry emotions.
Identify what made you angry. When you are angry this is a signal that something is not going well. Usually we are being taken for granted, ignored or have lost something precious to us.
