Exercise

I have been forgetting this word for so long. I won't put the blame on other than me because I know by doing lots of exercises will help me losing weight and I do have time to do that, but I was so lazy and I like to sleep more!

Just now, I forced myself to do some dance. My husband left me alone, and for sure I can do whatever I want when he is not around. So I turned on the music from my handphone, and I started to move. 

Left, right, up, down. I did anything I like. I jumped. I jogged. I walked.

I did it for about 25 minutes and I think I like the feeling after that. I hope I could do this at least three times a week, to burn the unneeded calories and to keep me fit.

When there is no one around, I can dance freely. And I will make it as my hobby.
