Bicara tentang cinta

Saya terkesan dengan apa yang saya baca dalam The Beauty of Mature Love tulisan Heather Long.

An unknown author wrote: 'The question is asked, is there anything more beautiful in life than a young couple clasping hands and pure hearts in the path of marriage? Can there be anything more beautiful than young love? And the answer is given. Yes, there is a more beautiful thing. It is the spectacle of an old man and an old woman finishing their journey together on that path. Sama-samalah kita berusaha agar cinta yang kita semai sejak usia muda akan makin mendalam seiring pertambahan usia. Akan makin mekar dan berkembang setiap hari walau apa terjadi. Bunyi macam mudah, tapi tanpa usaha kedua-dua belah pihak, ia sukar.

Ini pesanan dan ingatan buat saya dan suami yang bakal menyambut ulang tahun perkahwinan yang ke 12 Januari nanti.
